Home Brewing Seminar 
At the central Michigan laboratory we have home coffee brewing classes. Although these are mostly intended as an interesting couple of hours, some serious work can be done. A history of coffee starts the two hour program and a review of each attendee's brewer, practices, tastes, and solutions closes it. Equipment demonstrations are made, and some local roasts are sampled. I explain how to repeat the coffee experience you've been looking for.
Two or three couples typically make up a class. Classes are on the 2nd and last Wednesday of each month and are limited to 10 people and 5 brewers. Two weeks notice and advance payment is required. The fee is $25 per person and $40 per couple. Each attendee is requested to bring a sample of their preferred coffee and the brewer they use.
This presentation can be held at other locations such as your church or school for an additional fee.
